Find & Order Your Tests
Review the Panels below recomended by your provider or search for your lab tests. Then add them to your cart, checkout, and get your order confirmation emailed to you.
Visit a Local Testing Center
Search by zip code to find the closest Test Centers to you. Take your printed order form to your chosen lab location at your convenience to have your tests performed.
Review and Share Results
Most test results are available within 3-5 business days and stored securely in your account on Grassroots Labs. Download them to take with you when you visit your doctor or let us send them for you.
